Have used Agra for last 5 years and has always been very good. The last 2 deliveries have been poor with items missing and wrong dishes. Last night was terrible, 4 dishes wrong out of 4. 8 poppadums missing, salad missing from Tandoori Chicken, Agra Special Mixed Balti had tandoori on bone and normal chicken not tikka, very little sauce just not normal, Bombay chicken tikka Madras hot had no tikka chicken just normal chicken and was really bland and it was not Madras hot, Chicken Tikka Sag Madras Hot was Chicken Sagwalla not Madras hot. So really poor and disappointing as we were all looking forward

Tried to order by telephone but the man on the phone was extremely rude. We understand he was trying to answer two telephones but this was a Saturday night. Not our fault and no need for verbal rudeness just because we asked if he wanted credit or debit card. Also after cutting us off two times to answer the other line we hung up.

Very friendly, very good Indian food. Lots of competition in and around Haywards Heath for Indian food, but this place just shades the rest for me.
The menu is pretty varied and creative, the specials take centre stage on the menu and are worth exploring over the "regulation" curries you usually see. Staff on phone and in-store will run through stuff with you and give pretty good recommendations. I ended up having a lengthy chat about growing Naga chillies while my food was prepared.

Agra is an exceptional take away, situated in the centre of Haywards Heath. All their curries are served in a generous round tin and you get a bit more product for your pennies. They are also generous with the sauce, so I would advise extra nah bread to get the most out of it.
Whilst they offer all the expected curry dishes, it is their special menu that makes this curry house shine. With dishes I have never heard of before (but am slowly working my way through) I have really enjoyed trying some unique flavours. I would recommend the chicken Sambar or the Murghi Masalla to get an idea of what

Having lived in Manchester for 4 years, I'd grown accustomed to having outstanding curry available for takeaway having been spoiled for choice.
Whilst I'm not going to lie and say this is comparable, it's certainly very close, and considering its location outside a city it is even more impressive.
The quality of the food was very good, the service and staff are friendly and polite and the waiting area is surprisingly new and modern.
The menu is extensive and features many dishes I'd never seen at a takeaway before. Prices are a shade above average I would say but given
