Associates Roofing Partnership is a locally based team of roofers, who live and work across three counties; Herts, Bucks and Beds. The partners are; husband and wife; Mark and Min Seaton; Simon Barnes, who between them have in excess of 60 years' experience in roofing, construction, and customer service.
Min is mostly office based, taking care of all the day to day administration, manning the telephones and e-mails; but she is also Health and Safety Manager for the Partnership. Mark and Simon, as you can see from our photographs, are the people you will see on site.

Services
At some point, all properties need some on-going maintenance to be carried out. If you have concerns about your roof our skilled and friendly team will take a look and assess what needs doing. Do you own, manage or "care take" a property that is in need of roofing repairs, maintenance or refurbishment?
Pitch Roofs: As you can see, our team has worked on a wide range of projects; in a number of different locations from re tiling in Hertfordshire; installing new tile and slate roofs in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire; working on single storey extensions and roof conversions, as well as Velux Window installation.
Flat Roofs: When it comes to flat roofs, we are able to work with a number of roofing systems, it's "up to you", but we will work with you to identify the most suitable system for your property. Using our up to date skills, knowledge and experience, means we are able to help you with flat roof conversions, Beit from "cold to warm" roofs or from one system to another, we've "got you covered".
Fascia & Soffits: We will work with you to ensure your home has "curb appeal" and that all your roofline needs are fully satisfied; no project is too large or small; we will come and assess your needs, discuss your options and provide you with a clear and realistic quotation. We also undertake roof repairs for all types and sizes of roofs.
Our Approach: We aim to "work in partnership", with other contractors, suppliers and businesses, and most importantly, with you our customers. Keeping a "roof over your head", that is water proof and weathertight is what we strive to achieve and we want to do this in the best way possible; one that suits our customer's needs and budget.

Simon has inspected the roof then sent a detailed work needed to be done with pricing, him and his team attended the job although he was very busy but he didn’t let us wait long. The job was done with no hassle, very professional, scaffolding was installed then work was on process in no time although some days the weather wasn’t helpful but didn’t stop them from doing the job until everything was done perfectly. Me and my family are very grateful for Simon and his team. I would strongly recommend Associates Roofing for anyone looking to repair or install their roof.

Craig and Allen have now attended and sorted out all 3 minor snagging issues, following ARP's original roof and soffit repair plus installation of new deep-flow guttering and fascia plates.
Craig identified that the leak in the join with my neighbour's guttering was in fact due to her guttering dropping down to this point - which he remedied by moving one of her supporting brackets along the fascia board, so it is no longer sagging. He kindly explained the issue to her and it was quickly sorted/tested with a bucket of water.
He also noticed a small leak in guttering above my front door and kindly

I recently needed a replacement gulley due suffering a leak. I contacted Associate Roofing Partnership who very quickly dealt with my issue. Simon and his team were great, fully professional and very friendly, and sorted out my problem within a short space of time.
