My washer dryer broke down (leaking) 2 days before Christmas. Despite being covered by insurance the first ‘recommended’ repair technician could not reach us for 12 days. Having read WDA positive Google reviews I called Jason and he gave me some advice over the phone and gave me a date and time that he could come out (next day!). Communication was excellent as was Jasons service. Our machine was repaired and tested prior to Jasons departure and all fixed before Christmas and 11 days before our insurers technicians could attend. Could not recommend WDA and Jason enough!

Called Jason recently when our tumble dryer decided to neither tumble nor dry any more.
He gave what proved to be a good diagnosis over the phone, and made an appointment to come out to us promptly. Jason arrived on time and had it dismantled and diagnosis confirmed within 20 mins. He had the parts required on the van and had the whole thing back to work within an hour or so.
Very reasonable price and friendly throughout too.
Will keep Jason's number for the next time an appliance tries to get itself off the hook!

Jason came out and replaced the condenser on one one of my fridge freezers , he did a brilliant job and could not have been more helpfull.
I would like to highly recommend him as I believe he is the best refrigeration engineer in this area .

Brilliant speedy service AGAIN!! Jason found the fault and fixed the freezer. Very reasonable costs. He's there to do a good job without ripping people off. Very practical and knowledgeable man. Everyone needs a domestic appliance engineer like him. Highly recommend.
