I had messaged in June about my tumble dryer, but thanks to the warm summer, put off fixing it at the time. I messaged them again and they quickly responded and were able to fit me in within a couple of days.… The engineer came around and didn't seem to mind that my 2.5yr old son was fascinated about what he was doing (my boy even fetched his own tools to help) once fixed he gave me some useful tips to keep the machine in good condition. I needed a repair to my Miele washing machine and was put in touch with this company as an authorised Miele repairer.
Very, very happy with the service I received. Their engineer attended and spent nearly three hours cleaning out the TwinDos system, he discovered that a sensor had also blown. The part was ordered and the engineer re-attended and fitted the sensor - I only had to pay for the part, with no further call-out charge.
The engineer was very knowledgeable, pleasant, tidy and punctual. Coupled with very reasonable call out charge (which is fixed, no matter how long the repair takes),

Very grateful for the superb and speedy service provided by Walworth Appliance Centre. A new washing machine bought and fitted in less than 5 hours. An old washing machine taken away but not before the broken (but still locked) door was opened and the 3 -day washing removed. Would highly recommend for expert knowledge and professionalism. Great also to be able to use a local business.
