I wanted to say how impressive your service was, truly it was worth every penny to have such a brilliant, professional team pack and install us in our new home. It was a seamless experience from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for the team and I would appreciate if you could pass on our thanks to all of them who packed and moved us on the 19th. They made what could have been a very hard day, easy and that is no small feat.

MGR tried to increase the price by almost one third only 36hrs before the job was due to take place. They claimed their own office manager had incorrectly quoted for the job. They stated they could do it for the original price on a different day and time which was not convenient to me (the customer).
