Through personalised interventions such as nutrition, recovery, breath training, and movement I support my clients' development toward physical & mental resilience. Breath quality and patterns directly effect how we feel - calm, rested, anxious, hyper vigilant, tense. Breathwork teaches you to influence these with voluntary breath patterns. As a psychotherapist and health coach, I work with people who have all kinds of relationships with themselves, their bodies, and food.

I'm Ann-Marie, an accredited psychotherapist and health coach with over 15 years experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and much more. Mood difficulties, whether it's low all the time, swings around or just isn't as good as you would like it to be. I have a long-standing interest in the crossroads of mental health and physiology.
As a therapist I believe in the power of self-understanding, self-exploration and effective communication. Therapy can assist with stress, anxiety, loss, depression, relationship challenges, work challenges, and many other sources of distress. Through therapy you can learn about yourself, resolve challenging feelings & reactions, develop skills for relationships and career, work through loss and generally improve your quality of life.
Functional Health Coaching focuses on what your body is naturally designed to do. How it naturally moves, how it organically behaves & responds to your environment, and how we can prevent illness & disease rather than treating symptoms further down the line. It is fully individualised as no two people are the same - we follow your body to learn what's best for your health.
