Highly recommended had 3 sessions with Warren as I was having severe panic attacks up to 8 a day was sceptical at the start thinking it was all nonsense but after one session I cud notice a difference in my whole way of thinking yes I was still having panic attacks but was able to cope with them better and they weren't lasting as long. After the second session I was more relaxed and less anxious from 8 panic attacks aday to less than that in a month is way better that any antidepressant.On my last session Warren also worked on my fear of flying I have now overcome that fear and only have the odd

Have just completed my third session with Warren and have had amazing improvements in energy, optimism and feeling way less anxiety. Warren was very friendly and professional and always tailored the sessions to perfectly suit how I was feeling on the day and was very intuitive and understanding. Have tried other hypnotherapists in the past and didn't always have a positive experience but Warren has been fantastic and I now feel I am improving in all areas of my health. Thank you!

I had hypnotherapy sessions with Warren after I was diagnosed with a grade 3 anaplastic astrocytoma brain tumour. I was experiencing some anxiety and Warren helped me relax.
Warren also delivered a session in my work for colleagues who were stressed about going through a change process.

I had real trouble sleeping and went and spoke to Warren have been having brilliant nights sleep from I had treatment of him no longer rely on sleeping tablets. Was also taught breathing techniques that work amazingly. Would strongly recommended Warren for any issues you have. Anyone struggling with anxiety or stress would highly advise you speak with Warren
