Hi, I'm Roy Duncan founder of RGDuncan. After an entrepreneurial start to my work life and then a career in business and finance, I set up RGDuncan in 2004 to provide a high quality bespoke finance recruitment service targeted towards businesses recruiting for senior finance roles such as finance director, financial controller and finance manager.
We work with owners, investors, CEOs and FDs who need to get it right when hiring for key finance roles. As specialist finance recruitment consultants, we are typically contacted by businesses, based in London and throuughout the UK who want to get it absolutely right when hiring for a senior financial or accounting roles, eg CFO, finance director, financial controller or finance manager.
The way we work centres around identifying and meeting your specific needs, to deliver a shortlist of interviewed, high calibre candidates, all fitting your agreed criteria. A typical time scale is 2-4 weeks from instruction to shortlist. We work with honesty and openness, believing the 'best fit' - and one that's most likely to last - is where your requirements most closely match those of the candidate.
In the unlikely event that the person that we have introduced proves unable to do the job effectively during the first three months following the date of commencement in the position and you decide not to retain the chosen candidate, you will be entitled to a like-for-like replacement candidate without further charge.

We recruited our Senior Financial Controller via Roy Duncan. He took the time to understand our company and its culture before starting his search.
