The key part of Estate Planning is to pinpoint any areas of concern and protect them wherever possible. All advice is best practice to ensure your assets are for no-one other than your chosen beneficiaries. A Will and associated products can cost-effectively keep your money and assets where you want them and not in the hands of the Taxman or anyone else.
The cost of setting up an individual plan is a fraction of the money potentially saved. For a small sum invested in your future, you can ensure everything goes where YOU want it to. Rugby Wills aims to protect and preserve your assets from The Taxman, Care Homes, Council, Bankruptcy and other attacks on the Estate.

Traditionally this is done face to face over a meeting and is our preferred way. The forms allow us to prepare a plan with best advice for you. You can complete the FactFind at your leisure, and save as you go along and then finally submit (you will receive an email copy). If you wish us to fill this in with you during a Stage One meeting, this is not a problem at all.
Many people, especially the younger groups have preconceived ideas about the benefits or not of having a Will. About what will and will not happen when the unthinkable happens. The ideas generally are based around everything being OK, and these ideas are simply wrong! If you die without a will then your Estate is subject to the rules of "Intestacy" and you are "Intestate".
One of the most common questions we hear is "What happens if I need to go into Care - How can I protect my assets?" If your total assets are below 23,250, then the State will fund your place. Above that, it's down to you. Even at the low rate of 530 per week, this equates to 27,560, and with the average stay of about 30months, your assets could be reduced by nearly 69,000, or at the top rate, it would be 123,500!
The loss of a friend or loved one can be a very stressful time with many people needing to be notified in the first few days. In addition to the immediate tasks you need to attend to, such as arranging the funeral, there is a lot of paperwork to be dealt with and official documents which need to be completed over the next few weeks.
