We help people and families live happier lives by getting the support they need for mental and emotional difficulties. To achieve this, we recognise the need to take care of our people just as much as we take care of our patients. Since day one, we've worked hard to encourage a team-based, open and collaborative environment where everyone feels optimistic, appreciated and supported.
If you are looking for a diagnosis, a second opinion or need to see a highly experienced clinician, our Psychiatrists can help. Psychotherapists provide a safe space to talk freely, allowing you to understand your challenges and reduce the distress you are experiencing. ADHD is often misdiagnosed in adults, and yet with the correct treatment, can be effectively treated.
ADHD is a behavioural disorder that affects people of all levels of intelligence and of all walks of life. ADHD can be successfully treated - the first step is getting an assessment. We can help with both, face-to-face or online. Not always obvious in adults with ADHD, there are nonetheless some common indicators that you may have ADHD.

Considering the extortionate cost of an ADHD assessment, their service is really very poor. Their waiting list is long, admin is disorganised, communication is minimal and they do not send appointment reminders.
Initially my partner had to chase them frequently to book an assessment (several emails and unanswered phone calls). My partner then unfortunately missed this virtual appointment by mistake after waiting for 8 weeks (he has severe ADHD, this is not entirely unexpected). He did not receive a reminder prior to the appointment or any correspondence that he had missed it, which you would expect

Psychiatric Assessment and Treatment is good, friendly and easy to chat to, and in-line with NICE guidelines.
My complaint is to the complete shambles that is the admin set-up of Clinical Partners. Emails aren’t answered, nor follow-up emails, phone calls are made and you’re told they’ll find out and call you back but never do. I’ve had one person at this organisation, Lydia, organise the appointment amendment and call me back and that has been the single positive admin experience I’ve had. And getting that done took two emails and five phone calls overall.
I will never use Clinical

Our son has been treated for ADHD by Clinical Partners for many years. Throughout the considerable time we have been clients they have been fantastic:
Very professional,
Very courteous,
Very warm and understanding of our needs,
The admin are very efficient,
The consultant was an expert in the field and never failed to help us over the years.
We have already recommended him and Clinical Partners to others.

I’ve been trying to get an Autism diagnosis for years and I finally decided to pay for a private diagnosis as contacted clinical partners. They were so helpful and arranged an appointment the same week to have an assessment (due to COVID-19 it was conducted cover Skype). The assessment went well and the psychologist was very professional and understanding. At the end of the assessment he talked me through what would happen next and his advice for me. Just over a week later they have said they are going to send my report shortly. The psychologist said he will make suggestions for my work place

Overpriced & poor service! Ingenuine psychiatrist who was only after the money. One of my cousins who’s a student went to see a psychiatrist named Mr Kripalani (will not mention his first name) at this place and was charged £400 for the initial session which she was unhappy with. She then went for a second session for £300 and the psychiatrist spent 20minutes out of the 60mins printing out a prescription slip. Remaining 40 mins he advised her to exercise and wasted time giving her genera advice, did not listen to her properly or seemed keen to help her or even diagnose her with anxiety disorder

Quite odd that they are looking for an assistant psychologist preferably with MSc and the responsibilities are closer to a secretary (they report: "staff reception during shift hours, meet and greet patients and doctors coming in and out of clinic with a friendly and efficient manner, keep clinic tidy and stocked with drinks etc. (!), answer telephone enquiries...). Where's the clinical experience? What do you think we study psychology for?
