Copdock Hall is a stunning Grade II-listed Elizabethan barn, located in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. An exquisite wedding and event venue, it's ideal for any special occasion or corporate functions. We offer 48-hour hire for bride and grooms and early access for corporate bookings to set up ahead of important business meetings, presentations or conferences.
There's plenty of accommodation nearby with the Best Western Ipswich on our doorstep and a range of other hotels, B&Bs and self-catered lodges within a few miles. There's even a local campsite within walking distance. Whether you just need an overnight stay or are looking for a bit of luxury, we can point you in the right direction with a detailed list of local options.
Your wedding ceremony can be adapted to suit your preferences and reflect your personal choices; whether you've dreamed of a church wedding, or prefer the freedom and flexibility of a civil ceremony or a celebrant. Couples can also opt to get married outside in the courtyard with the licence allowing up to 200 in the courtyard.
From the moment we first visited Copdock Hall, we knew we wanted it to be our wedding venue. Not only because of how beautiful the hall is itself but also because of how warm, welcoming and friendly you were to us. After two cancelled wedding dates due to COVID we were lucky enough to finally hold our wedding here in August this year. Throughout the whole
(pretty stressful) process Diane and Ian were so helpful and understanding and we really cannot thank them enough. Amy was brilliant in the run up helping us to coordinate everything and communicating with our suppliers and Lauren on the day was so helpful and responsive to anything we needed!
We married at St Peter's Church and walked across the field to the venue, and it was a lovely extra surprise to see Ian's video of us and our guests making the procession
