Established over 25 years ago, we operate 60+ teams with circa 750 girls and boys playing football from Reception class through to u18, and we have recently added an Adult squad playing in the Sevenoaks League. Our teams are represented in the Crowborough, Maidstone and Kent Girls & Ladies leagues, and our elite Tonbridge Angels Junior FC teams play in the Kent Youth Leagues.

We also operate our own not for profit football training academy www. AngelsJFTA.co.uk to develop player skill sets with outdoor and indoor Futsal skills training. The Club prides itself on its culture of Respect, Fair Play and Sportsmanship for which it has received numerous awards.

Wanted Report

We are looking to add 3 or 4 new players to strengthen our squad for the forthcoming season. We are looking for players who preferably have KYL or District experience but would consider those currently playing for a top A league side that are looking for a new challenge. All positions considered. Training twice a week on 3G, with one weekly session taken by a club academy coach.

The club is a disaster, full of politics with the coaches in the main being mean spirited and unhelpful. Teams come and go and they generally do badly in any leagues they enter. The whole set ip is awful and cliquey. Don’t let your kids go near it, plenty of decent clubs around that care about the kids.

I have been a volunteer at the club for the past 15 years, a great grass roots organisation for girls and boys to enjoy playing the game, in the right spirit, with a training & coaching pathway for ambitious players all the way from reception class to County league and a professional football academy.
