I graduated from the College of Chinese Medicine in Reading in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) awarded by Kingston University, and I have been in practice continually since. I am fully insured. I practise Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Elements acupuncture. Both approaches help to restore and preserve health by using acupuncture points spread along the meridians of the body.

Acupuncture is thought to aid Fertility by being able to regulate the menstrual cycle and promote regular ovulation; improve the functions of ovaries; enhance the vitality of sperm; increase the thickness of the uterine lining so to encourage successful implantation; reduce the chance of miscarriage.
During the first eight months, acupuncture can be very effective in relieving nausea and vomiting. Persistent vomiting can lead to dehydration; it is therefore important to reduce its severity and incidence as soon as possible. Acupuncture is also effective in relieving symphysis pubis pain in the later stages of pregnancy.
