Hi Everyone,
I'm so sad that I'm writing this review, I have been a patient of at this practice for over 12 years and have received outstanding care, by the previous clinical lead and his staff. Since leaving the quality of care to patients have declined significantly, I have expressed my concerns to practice manager, had a number of conversation with the receptionist who has attempted to escalate matters,sadly the partice manager despite almost having a month to reply and has received three calls from me requesting contact has chosen not to respond to my concerns. Currently there is a high turn

Went for a check up on my tooth (first visit) and was subjected to a very patronising talk from the male dentist. I told him that I appreciate the unsolicited advice but I do not appreciate the condescending manner in which he used to address his concern and that I just needed the tooth looking at. He then said that the rapport was soured and he couldn’t look at it and I could have my money back. All I wanted was him to look at my tooth. I’ve never experienced this kind of demenor and arrogance from any other dental professional in 30 years. Needless to say, I simply went next door and registered

I couldn't recommend this practice enough. I've been an NHS patient all my life and had several treatments to my front tooth, which has resulted in a weak tooth and some pretty awful treatment led me to go private. Zohaib is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen, he's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic, he always has your best interest as a patient at the forefront of treatment. I usually hate going to the dentist, but this practice makes you feel comfortable. Everyone from the friendly young lady on reception, to the lovely dental nurse to the incredible dentist. Top class
