Services
Lynn trained at the award winning "Groomers Academy" in Shropshire and opened her 1st Salon in 2001. From the start we wanted to offer a grooming service for all family and rescue dogs irrespective of their breed or cross breed, shape or size. We are not about show dogs, we are about family pets who need to be kept well groomed for their comfort, and the comfort of the owner.
We have large customer counters so you can come into the salon with your dog for enquiries and at appointment time. Each Salon has been designed to allow maximum viewing of your dog during the grooming process, with plenty of mirrors to help the groomers get an all round and balanced view as they groom.
Nearly all breeds and cross breeds of dogs suffer with matt's and knots at some stage in their life, regardless of how clean they are and how often they are combed and brushed. Its all about the right technique, the right tools and the right frequency. Please exercise your dog before the appointment and drop off and pick up on time, Thank you.
We want your puppies first experience of our grooming salon to be stress free and pleasurable. Once the puppy is fully vaccinated it is safe to bring them in to the salon environment. We only use hypoallergenic / puppy shampoos which are frequent use and gentle on the puppies coat.
We limit the first groom to around 1 hour and start with a brush and comb out, ears cleaned and plucked if needed, a warm shower, a gentle dry with our quieter low velocity dryer, a general tidy up of the face pads paws bottom area and finally the claws. On collection we will happily update you on how well your puppy has coped with the grooming process and suggest a plan for future appointments.

We work to appointments to ensure each dog is allocated a suitable amount of time. The time we allocate will vary from breed to breed, and will depend on the condition of your dog's coat, its age and general well being. Dogs that have knotted and have poorly kept coats take considerably longer to groom; this means additional time is spent in de-matting the coat prior to bathing and will increase the price of the visit.

I took my 11year old golden retriever today for a full groom & have to say I am more than pleased with the outcome & highly recommend this grooming parlour. They even took time to play with my dog which I know… would of pleased him alot. I know he was a little apprehensive about leaving me & what lay ahead but on my return he was happy to see me, with a big smile on his face. I have certainly made another date to return. Well done ladies & thank you for all your hard work.
