Our quality management system meets the requirements of our industry standards, is fully implemented across all areas of the company, and is assessed on a monthly basis.
Established in 1966 by Brin Jones, we have since gone from strength to strength. Brin developed his business by keeping up with the latest vehicle technology and repair methods. In 1998, Brin obtained Porsche approval, followed by Mercedes-Benz approval and then Honda approval. In 2004, Brin and his wife Maggie won the prestigious Porsche Bodyshop of the Year Award, and in 2007 once of our apprentices won the Porsche Apprentice of the Year.

This is the 3rd time I've had work done by Brin Jones and once again they have been 10/10
Nothing was too much to ask about and they were nothing but honest with what could/couldn't be done. Especially thanks to Matt for being so accommodating but to the whole team as well!

A couple of months ago my partner hit my car, one of those things. I panicked and was recommended by another garage to go to Brin Jones. I rang in the morning and spoke to a man called Matt. He was absolutely lovely and very professional and told me to bring my car up for him to have a look. He did the best he could and to be honest you wouldn’t… even of known it was hit! He was very professional, kind, patient and caring and nothing was too much to ask. Will definitely be recommending anyone and everyone to this garage, thank you so much for everything 😀

Matt was absolutely professional and polite. 100% pleased with work carried out on my car and the bill at the end was cheaper than the original quote, as took slightly less man hours than expected., my car was ready exactly when I was told and had been cleaned inside and out.

Just collected my car after needing to have a bad job by another bodyshop put right. The car now looks better than the day I got it and I also had the wheels refurbished at the same time, I am extremely fussy… about my cars but had nothing to worry about, the service and the end result is exceptional and I won't hesitate to use Brin Jones again in the future and recommend to others

I work for a rival Bodyshop in the same area, however, I rang Brin Jones as we were appointed to collect a vehicle from them by an insurer and felt it only right to leave this feedback. In ringing up I spoke to a very friendly and professional person who was happy to help us and this isn't always the case when dealing with other Bodyshops. The fact the person I spoke to happened to be the owner, for me further reinforces that this is a fair and classy outfit with a great reputation.

Fantastic and friendly service. My girlfriend took my car to Brin Jones after an accident that caused extensive rear damage. They were great with her, super friendly, explained everything and even though the car was clearly a write off they sent through the quote for repairs to the insurance company. I'm very happy with their customer service and would recommend them.

Had some repair work done by Brin Jones on my Audi RS. They did an amazing job. I have very exacting standards and they met them comfortably.
Mark, in particular, went out of his way to keep me updated throughout the repair process, and it was clear that he had very high standards himself and would not let the car go until he was satisfied. A very reassuring experience from start to finish.

Visited the reception area twice now, I was treated courteously and attended to straight away. Very helpful, genuine staff who make you feel at ease. Have yet to pick up my car to see how the repairs look but I feel I'm in safe hands here. It feels very professional. It took me a while to find, go up the end of Golf Course lane & at the roundabout go straight ahead. It's up there on the right.

Fantastic experience start to finish on my A6. From the first call, the car was picked up quickly and I was kept informed at every stage by Mark, who took proper ownership of the job - no handing off to random call centres here. Dealt with my insurer efficiently and quickly. Repair looks good as new - paint and shut lines on 3 panels is perfect. A quality operation in every way.

Absolutely flawless service. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having a Bus decide to side swipe the rear of my BMW 3 Series. I admit I had some reservations of going away from a BMW approved… repairer, however Brin Jones credentials as an approved repairer for numerous manufacturer including Porsche and also Lee's reassurance that the finish would be perfect was enough to get me over this. WOW, what an amazing job, the repair and paint match was absolutely perfect. If I did not know which side the damage was, I would not have known where the damage was!. In addition I asked
