The team at Crash are fantastic! I've used them twice now and would definitely recommend them. Ellie knows insurance like the back of her hand and knows exactly what to do with claims. We were able to get a comfy courtesy car while our car was being repaired and they kept us in the loop the whole time. Ellie sorted all the paperwork and even liaised with the other driver so that we didn't have to. I had my Audi repaired by Crash a couple months ago. I was selling the car so it had to be in 'showroom' condition. Ellie quoted me the best price I could find after I had been to 3 other companies for estimates.

They all have been absolutely fantastic with sorting out my car. I knew my car was left in safe hands. Even when I kept ringing the garage on an update, it wasn't any hassle, I was put on hold and then told what… was happening. The company are open and honest.
Having smashed the front of my car up on 24th January 2021, due to the snow and ice and getting 3 quotes (like everyone normally does) and going with my gut to go with Paul was the best decision I

Thank you to Crash for sorting out my scrapes on my Mercedes wing and bumper and the really bad deep grooves in my diamond cut alloys so impressed with the service and covid secure measures that were in place.
