Check out this great video as it demonstrates very effectively what happens in your brain when you feel anxiety or stress. Everyone experiences fear and anxiety at some stage in their life. Fear is a mechanism that keeps us safe. Undoubtedly, anxiety is an unpleasant, sometimes extremely disturbing experience and if left unchallenged, it can develop into a generalised anxiety disorder, phobias or panic disorder.
Our confidence and self-esteem are not a given and they can change from day to day. It is a part of our mindset. When a person doesn't believe in themselves or believes they have lost their self-confidence, then their self-esteem is affected too. It can become difficult to manage everyday life and it can become a negative pattern.
Depression can affect any person at any stage of life. Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, male or female, depression can develop in certain situations. Once depression develops, the symptoms can drastically change a person's life, daily routines and behaviour. Often these changes worsen and ultimately prolong the depression.
People often confuse assertiveness with aggression, because it involves sticking up for yourself. However, the two are actually quite different. Through Hypnosis, BWRT, CBT and NLP you can develop skills in assertiveness. With these skills, you can change your existing patterns of relating to others and respectfully stand up for your needs.
Many people experience sexual difficulties at some stage in their lives. Sometimes over long periods, perhaps even most of their lives. Often people feel too embarrassed to talk about their difficulties with anyone, including their partners. Sexual difficulties can affect a couple's sex life, relationships and overall well-being.

I couldn’t recommend Christa enough, when I met her I was a shadow of myself, I was suffering from anxiety, depression and not in a good place, she taught me how to love myself again, I thought I was never going to be myself again and I’m not I’m a even better version of that person! So for anyone reading this and thinking they’ll never get over what ever is going on their life at the moment seek help don’t be embarrassed to talk to a stranger and you will see better days
Thank you Christa for everything you have done for me

I've seen christa, a few times now ..... I must admit its been my first time chatting to a counsellor, so I was a little nervous on our free first session( which is offered to see if your comfortable with chatting to her ) she made me feel so at ease and comfortable that I booked my next session straight away, she offers different therapies but does not decide on the best way forward until chatting to you at length.
I've had a couple of week off as I've been so busy , but christa will aways accommodate you , evenings and weekends too , I cant recommend highly enough, I'm hope fully seeing her

Been coming for over a month now and will continue a weekly session for the foreseeable.
Christa is very understanding and easy to talk and open up to. I look forward to my weekly session and over the Christmas new year period have felt lost without her. Would highly recommend to anyone, for any issue, or problem or someone that just needs someone to listen to them.

I have been to a few other therapists with little or no result and did not think it could help me. My wife told me to give it a last chance. Meeting with Christa was different, she took the time to understand not only the symptoms but also the underlying problems. She is easy to make report with and interesting person to talk to. I highly recommend her if you need a good result. It was the best value for money I ever spent on therapy.

Highly recommended. The results of Christa’s treatment have been beyond all expectations and she has helped me to make many positive changes to my life. Most importantly she has helped me to reunite with my family after 7 years and overcome my personal issues from the past. Christa is very understanding, calm, kind and flexible. A++++
