The team at Claytons are fab. I purchased my property through them a couple of years ago, and thought the service was great then so when it was time to sell, it was a no brainer for who to contact. I was impressed by the speed that everything happened. From going live with the property ad, we had multiple viewings and multiple offers within the first few days, and completed in around 11 weeks. The team were friendly, polite and responsive throughout. Thanks in particular to Ben, Vicky, Tracey and Bev. I have no hesitation in recommending Claytons to anyone looking to buy or sell.

What a fantastic Estate Agents! We had valuations from 3 Estate Agents originally but Clayton's were without a doubt the best for us. Vicky was absolutely fantastic. She put us at ease, she was warm and friendly and an amazing asset to the company. Ben who came and did the photography to advertise the property was brilliant. Vicky at Claytons is one of the best estate agents and valuers I have ever met. She helped my partner to sell his home, and she offered advice and service on mine. The entire ethos for Claytons is totally different to what you normally get at an estate agents. We've used Claytons with our latest sale and have used them in the past. Even during the pandemic our property was sold within 10 days. Amazing work. I would always highly recommend them.
Like with many decisions , I prefer to use local who understand the market and locality rather than multi-town agents who are just after the commission.
