Church Farm Lodge
Church Farm Lodge, in the village of Harrington, Northamptonshire, is a family-run Bed & Breakfast offering high levels of service and beautifully appointed bedrooms, suites and apartments. All of our 16 en-suite barn conversions have free wireless internet access and flat-screen TVs with Freeview.

We also have seven kitchenette apartments, which are self-contained accommodation units with fully equipped kitchens, an ensuite bedroom and lounge area. We are just a short walk away from the recently refurbished and under new management Tollemache Arms "The Perfect Country Pub" which has an excellent reputation for its food, beer and Warner Edwards Gin.
Services
We're based on a small 300-acre arable farm, situated in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Before starting the Lodge in 2003 we did things a little differently to what we do now. In the 1940s Mr Dennis-Jones took over the farm (with it now in its 4th generation). Like many other farms in the county back then, he had a range of animals; from chickens, pigs, geese and cows.
Spoil yourselves in one of our three luxury suites (The Appledon Suite, The Kingston Suite & The Meadow Suite). They are the ultimate in space and comfort and feature all of the essentials you may need for your stay. Church Farm Lodge is delighted to be able to offer suites and we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.
We offer something very different to what you'll be used to, with a stylish fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bedroom and living room, which has beautiful views looking onto the historic church of St Peters and St Paul's and not forgetting the stunning countryside of Northamptonshire.

So if you're looking for somewhere long term or just for a couple of weeks, please give us a call or send us an email, as unfortunately, the kitchenettes are not available online. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. All pots, pans and cutlery are also supplied.
We are proud of our beautiful surroundings at Church Farm Lodge and look forward to welcoming you for your next stay. We have been warmly welcomed and thoroughly looked after. Rooms are immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast varies from fresh fruit, Continental to Full English. All really tasty.
Just a short walk from Church Farm Lodge you will find Warner's Gin Distillery - innovative craft distillers and creators of award-winning hand-made artisan gins. Independently distilled in small batches by husband and wife team, Tom & Tina Warner, Warner's gins are created using only natural ingredients that are farm grown or locally sourced wherever possible.

Far from local amenities, but it was perfect!!Very Clean!
They are very strict with noises, even if you set your music a little bit louder than normal, and not in late or really early hours.
Apart from that it was a really nice place, perfect for older people but also couples of any age.
It is in a really quite area and it is the perfect get away.

I had stayed here all across last summer - I’d requested repeat bookings which is a rarity with all the hotel stays I was doing! Rooms are comfortable with plentiful refreshments selection. It is an incredibly peaceful area, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Breakfast selection is ample with eggs cooked to order. Harry was a sweetheart and always on hand to help!
Harrington village is lovely and offers great walking opportunities. All a stone’s throw from the A14 and A6, too, so a great choice for those on business.

Well where do I start.... If it was possible to give this a negative rating I would.
I'm due to be married next year and this was a the place we chose to use as accommodation for our guests coming from all over the UK.
We had seven of our guests book rooms (a long time in advance of the July wedding) and they were all looking forward to staying at this well thought of venue.
Imagine the disgust I felt when I heard on Monday that these rooms had all been cancelled and in some cases denied they were even booked. The reason you ask? The British grand Prix.
That's right, they wanted the rooms for

Excellent stay, great location.
Barn conversions too to a very good standard in a quiet village surrounding. We had a really nice meal in the "Tolly" pub which is literally 50 metres or so from the door, so doesn't matter that there is no restaurant on site...breakfast is on site, and was excellent! My wife is a coeliac and cannot eat gluten, and was catered for quietly, efficiently and without fuss (which is not always the case).
The people here are very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. A great stay for a quiet night away, or if you're on a Warner Edwards distillery tour.

Only stayed here one night, and did not have much time to wander around. Our room was adequate, but our friends room was amazing! This is the room where we spent the evening after going to a delightful local pub (crawling distance). When we are next in the area we would stay here again. They were very helpful when we needed an iron and ironing board and this was provided promptly. The breakfast provided is typical and although the place was fully booked, it never seemed busy and the hot food never ran out.
