Don't often write reviews but the service we received from Paul and the team during the recent purchase of our T6 van warranted a short review. Fantastic service, helpful and patient, would highly recommend to anybody looking for the perfect VW camper. We would definitely recommend this great little company. Nothing was too much trouble last September when we came to view as complete novices. Claire, Tracy and Paul were all a great help. We chose our spec… and were told that the van would be ready in February of this year. Then came the next lockdown and we thought we won’t be getting it any time soon, but then we got the e mail to say it was ready more or less exactly on time. We were really amazed. We love it and although had a couple of small problems we had no issues getting them straightened out. We would recommend the company

Our second time renting from Cambridge Campervans last week and another step towards buying one! Very easy to organise with Tracy and collected the nearly new van as planned. Van was really smart and very well equipped. When a VW part failed, we might have been heading home early but Paul and Jamie pulled out all the stops and after a 600 mile round trip to replace it, they had us back on the road the next day. Service above and beyond the call of duty, thank you 🙏

Searched everywhere for a brand new vw highline campervan with all the extras we wanted in retro styling and successfully found Cambridge Campervans. Absolutely fantastic service, can't thank Claire, Tracy and Paul enough for their incredible patience and understanding our wishes. We travelled up from Cornwall to pick up our campervan a month ago and been delighted with her. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly and efficiently sorted out by Paul. We're looking forward now to our planned travels and can't recommend Cambridge Campervans highly enough to anyone looking for a first class

Excellent service from Paul, Claire and team. Super easy decision making process in the sale/design from a wide array of choices, we were kept up to date about our Camper (even with the Brexit deadline looming) and good handover/ walk through of the van. The team have been on hand with any post pickup questions so we really cannot fault them and the service.

We’ve only had our T6.1 for just over a week so I’ll come back later with a long term review. Initial thoughts are great! Huge, massive thanks have to go to Claire and Paul for all their help, pre- and… post-purchase. With lockdown in effect and travel restrictions in force, this was not going to be an easy purchase but we fell in love with the van as soon as we saw a “new arrivals” photo on the website. Emails were answered very quickly, spec supplied and more photos. We arranged to visit to view the van and despite being closed to the public for the day Claire opened

Following a couple of visits with no sales pressure useful discussions with Tracy, Paul and the young(er) chap cleaning the vans. I felt confident in making a life changing purchase. My T6 was professional customised to my specifications and then deliver to my door in a timely fashion.
An issue with the water tank was resolved in a fast, no quibble manner giving further confidence in the pre and post purchase customer service offered by the team.
Since recieving my 'Eden' I have used her most days for lunch breaks, beach fun, and long days in the sun...roof open, kettle on, kick back and relax

We fell in love with our van online in the middle of lockdown. Claire was really brilliant, and helped us navigate all the complexities of buying it and shipping it to Scotland. We put our trust in them never… having seen the van, and everything was just as they said, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of finish is excellent. The layout is so well thought out, it's intuitive, you can still access the majority of cupboards and the fridge with the bed down, and make a cuppa, perfect.
