I have been a student of Sarah's now for about 6 years, and have received excellent instruction throughout. Unlike other exercise regimes, Pilates has helped to strengthen and tone my entire body. My posture is better, my core is stronger and I have flexibility that I didn't think was possible. As a runner, my hips are noticeably more open which allows me to move more freely.
Sarah is brilliant and has kept me in shape pre, during and post pregnancy. I love her array of classes and have really benefited from 1:1s in the studio, stretching my capabilities both on the Pilates machines and mat. I always feel challenged and feel my technique improving all the time. I can't wait to progress further as we go on.

Pilates is an established and recommended form of exercise by many medical practitioners, developed by Joseph Pilates to initially improve his own health and fitness. The Pilates method is developed around precise flowing movements and when practiced, faulty movement patterns in the body can be identified and corrected.
Sarah is a Body Control Pilates Instructor and a Supervising Instructor for Body Control Pilates educating student teachers. She is a BackCare Practitioner, Back4Good Practitioner and Lower Back Pain specialist. Sarah is passionate about how Pilates can change your movement, body and the way you feel.
Katerina is Level 3 qualified beauty therapist and Micropigmentation specialist. Semipermanent makeup is her passion. Katerina has had extensive training in the UK and abroad over the years and with her vast experience in the field she offers highest quality services. She specialises in creating most natural looking Semipermanent brows possible, which will last 1.5 - 2 years.

Sarah’s classes are always fantastic, the studio is such a welcoming and tranquil place and the classes are so restorative and good for the body and mind. The online classes since the beginning of lockdown have provided a welcome break and some much needed headspace from time spent cooped up at home. Sarah makes teaching online look easy and is as encouraging on zoom as she is in the studio. Pilates has become such an important part of daily life so thank you Sarah for keeping us all sane!

Excellent well equipped studio and first class teaching .Love it absolutely love it! .Just about to finish my second course of intermediate pilates and putting dates for the next one in my diary Had an amazing massage by Rebecca last night ,my shoulders and neck haven't felt so mobile in ages .Will be back for more
