Went in on a Saturday to look at supersport and test ride was told need to book and guy walked off. Went online and booked. Turned up following week. No sign of booking. Guy told me I needed to book walked off again. Never took my name or number. Went bought a s1000r that day after a test ride. He seemed to look at the nolan helmet and decided I was a time waster. Lovely burger van!

They sat me on a 125CC a few years ago as a complete beginner to give me a feel for it, returned last week to pick up a range of gear to show thanks as I'm completing my license.

Absolutely first class service! After being let down a number of other shops who all failed to update stock, provide updates on orders, or even respond to emails, I came across On Yer Bike.
On phoning to enquire whether stock on their website was 'live' and accurate, Alasdair searched their system, checked the shop floor and warehouse in a matter of minutes to ensure that the item I was looking for was in stock. Nowhere has bothered to even check, let alone triple check to make absolutely sure they had what I was after.
He took my details and got back to me swiftly, and processed my order immediately

Went into store today to buy new clothing and was really pleased with all the Covid safety measures. Disposable gloves and balaclavas for trying on helmets and gloves meant I could buy with confidence that I was getting the right size. Also the usual friendly service so thanks again for making me feel safe while shopping.

I've never had such an exceptional customer service anywhere. The general manager was incredibly accommodating and reliable, he shared information with me that I was not aware of yet it's important to know. All paperwork was in place and he explained everything I needed to know. The bike is fantastic and whilst more often than not I am treated differently in bike shops (people often ask me if a man will join me), but in this place I actually felt like a regular customer and I'll be happy to return for any servicing needs. I highly recommend them!!

NO customer service at all. I just returned from there where I showed in up in a rental BMW WC R1200GS. I walked around the entire apparel/gear side then went to the bike side where not one person said even hello to me. It was like I was a ghost. What's worse is I was the only customer there. Wouldn't go there again. Shame on them as I have a NIneT on order but not firm as I'm considering other options. Don't waste your time - much better dealers out there.
