Brought my pcx 125 from this dealership for getting to a to b. Very professional and will give you the time in the world to help you decide what bike good for your needs. Servicing is a reasonable price will a walk around video is sent to you while the maintenance is done on your bike witch I was impressed about.

Visited this showroom yesterday looking for new bike but completely ignored on entrance. Wouldn’t mind but there was no other customer there. The grumpy staff only acknowledged me when I initiated a greeting. Getting any information was like pulling teeth! Painful. Left very disappointed and disgruntled. Decided to go to the Letchworth dealership and it was the complete opposite. Greeted on entrance, engaged in friendly conversation and given lots of information. I know where I will be spending my money….not at Grafton’s that’s for sure!

Serviced my Blade and didn't have a single problem. The health check email was very handy along with the video walkround of my bike.
Asked them for specific diagrams which they were more than welcome to let me have, even ordering me a small specific part and sending to my home address was no bother.
Will be taking it back for more service work in the future.

Had a great ‘Back to Biking’ lesson yesterday! Information and booking was simple with really helpful staff, thankyou Helen! Bought 4 bikes from these guys now, Denzil always well switched on with my needs, they greet you with a smile and a friendly face offering tea and coffee, had a warrantee issue with one but Denzil got it sorted, I always feel welcomed there, nothings a problem with them, pick up my new one next week end :-).

They have a really well operating DAS training program. Alex is very informative, and helpful towards training and guiding you to passing your DAS modules. The team at the showroom are also very welcoming, helpful and not pushy towards buying anything. They're all a very helpful and joyful team to train and deal with. I was very impressed and grateful for the overall service, highly recommend them and will definitely return to them when considering buying my bike/equipment. Thank you all.

Completed my CBT today with Gary, and I must say I could not have asked for a more incredible trainer. He's just the perfect amount of stern needed to really drive home the information, and yet very jovial and entertaining to keep you excited and interested for the entire day.
Very thorough training, I left the day elated, excited and confident that I can safely ride my new bike on the road - this was my first time ever on a motorbike. I am extremely grateful to Gary for his teaching methods.

So far my experience is training and sales teams. All professional and friendly. Bought my first ever bike from them.. The whole process was not rushed and felt very personal...
