I took the guy I support with Downs syndrome today for his lunch there. I would never describe the staff as particularly welcoming but certainly today's service was not efficient and one of the staff downright rude.The guy I supported ordered fish and chips.By the time he got it it was luke warm. It had been sitting it turns out on the counter for a while where people could have coughed or sneezed over it.I couldn't see the counter as people were standing next to it.I dont know why they didn't call me to tell me it was there!
