Boiler packed in on Friday and suggested a very cold weekend ahead. Great response from James who arrived within a couple of hours of contact. Super friendly, professional and got us back up and running. Great follow up with comms to arrange repair and service and also answered questions about options of upgrading system without any pressure or upselling. Really impressed and 100% recommend.

What can I say? I’ve been with James since I purchased my property 3 years ago. James is very punctual, attention to detail is second to none. Everything you could want from an engineer.

James has done our annual boiler service for a few years now and is great. He’s friendly, reliable and incredibly helpful!
He’s always been out quickly if we’ve had any issues outside of the service and has also installed a new kitchen tap recently.
I’m really pleased and would definitely recommend!
