Trevarthian House is a large detached grade 2 listed building of architectural and historic interest. Situated in its own grounds, with beautiful views of St. Michael's Mount and Mount's Bay, the house lies within fifty yards of the sandy beach. Built by a Tin Smelter and Merchant by the name of Gilbert Pearce in the Victorian era, Trevarthian House was one of the largest residences in Marazion's history.
By Road: The M4, M5 and M6 Motorways have made travel to Cornwall simple and straightforward, while within Cornwall itself the two major holiday routes, the A30 and A38 continue to improve. Our post code is TR17 0EG but using TR17 0EF will give more accurate Sat Nav directions. From Exeter take the A30 or A38 into Cornwall heading towards Penzance.
Regularly voted Britain's favourite holiday destination, Cornwall is one of the sunniest places in the UK and has the country's mildest climate. The landscape itself offers beautiful scenery, dramatic coastlines and spectacular gardens while the traditional fishing villages, historic houses and castles, museums, theatres, galleries and restaurants make for a vibrant Cornish culture.

Lovely place, great layout of the apartment. Only negatives I could mention would be the slightly uncomfortable sofa bed (solved by putting the mattress on the floor), and the lack of sharp kitchen knives (no good for filleting fish from Newlyn). Nice accommodation with an excellent bathroom and kitchen in a beautiful setting.

Been here several times and it never fails to deliver. Always clean and tidy. Very competitively priced. The rooms are very generous in size. An enchanting part of Cornwall. Booked twice this year and pre-booked for next year. Well worth a visit.

Favourite place to stay in Cornwall. The owner is incredibly helpful, and friendly! The accommodation is immaculate, well presented, and in a perfect location. Free WiFi is great, and the laundry facilities are handy! The prices are good, and there's plenty of parking!

11 years of staying at Trevarthian. Flat 11 has a great little secret garden for a BBQ or small kids, flat 12 has three bedrooms and sleeps 5 with a good layout and a dishwasher.

We’ve been coming here in the Autumn for years. Pleasant, clean and warm accommodation in an old Manor House at a very reasonable price. Then you walk out of the door down a short lane and admire the views across Mounts Bay to St Michael’s Mount
