I contacted this company as it was a local business and I am a great believer in supporting local businesses. Over an 8 day period I repeatedly rang them to arrange a repair of a heating recovery unit, the receptionist took my details and told me someone would contact me soon. Upon the 3rd phone call and 4 days later to reception I eventually got a call back from a very helpful heating engineer allowing me to explain the problem I had.
He instructed me to leave the details of the HRU system with reception and an appointment to attend my property would be made. I contacted reception a further 3

My elderly fathers house has been struggling with damp and condensation, and we've never been able to find a solution until we found RB Central Vacuum & Ventilation. Richard came round and did a survey of the property. He knew imediatly which products were the best to use. We then looked up the units he had proposed to us and found that they were recommended throughout the industry and were very competitively priced.
We agreed to go ahead with the works and their installer Phill came round and completed the job in one day and left my farthers house as clean as he found it.

I met Richard several years ago at a trade show. I was planning to build my own house and was interested in the products he sold and installed. Right from the start Richard was very informative and helpful. 2 years on I have now built my house and Richard and Phil have successfully installed both a Beam Vacuum system, and a Mechanical ventilation heat recovery system. Richard was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Although extremely busy he fitted in with my build requirements and time table. Huge over-estimating of labour time to justify price.
We used this company to carry out a labour only installation for a ventilation system.
Initial contact with Richard (owner) was friendly & pleasant. He provided a quotation for installation only (as i wanted to ordered the equipment myself for assurance of genuine parts). Richards quote was more than the cost of the equipment, so i contacted him to discuss. Richard advised the cost was due to 2 installers required, for a minimum of 1 week plus he had allowed for 2 additional days if required to complete the works.
Only 1 installer turned
