If I could give this company less than one star I would. In short, They had re positioned my existing ducting externally and had done a terrible Job. Tenants soon after job completed had complained but I responded with “they’re the professionals, they know what they are doing” only to be proved wrong when our ceiling had caved through where they had done the work. They used approx 50 screws to fix cowling on the roof. The roofer that came in to fix the damage had said they they would have known they were doing a “cowboy job”.
