The Club moved to its present idyllic location in 1975. The course was the first to be designed by the acclaimed Peter Alliss/Dave Thomas partnership and has matured into the magnificent challenge now considered by golfers and golf writers alike to be one of the finest and most scenic inland courses in East Anglia.

The 18 hole par 72 tree lined course is challenging because the fairways look narrow. The key to a good round is being straight off the tee. It is never the same from one day to the next as the whirling wind conditions make each hole set up differently from round to round.
Services
The restaurant at the end of the lounge is a large bright restaurant area where you are able to order snacks or more substantial meals. There is an active social scene at the club. The main social nights are Friday and Saturday. Societies and visitors are welcome but always check with the General Manager's office to avoid disappointment.
Members of King's Lynn Golf Club are able to participate in a wide variety of competitions and events, in addition to an active social calendar. County and national affiliation fees apply. Non-players are welcome to take advantage of our excellent Clubhouse and restaurant facilities with Social membership at 100 + vat.
King's Lynn Golf Club Junior Academy has been designed to introduce juniors into the game of golf and to the club itself. It is a 'pathway' membership to give you access to all areas (short game area, driving range, putting green and clubhouse) except for the course itself. Once our Pros are happy you are ready to get onto the course, an Academy member can progress to full playing membership.
Our Head Professional, James Weight and his team, Rosie and Polly, provide a first class service to members and visitors alike. We aim to cater for your every need with a well-stocked shop, the latest equipment and clothing from leading manufacturers, along with a selection of Club crested products.
A warm welcome awaits visitors who wish to play our course, and tee times are available both mid- week and on Sundays. Times are subject to availability and golfers are advised to book in advance. King's Lynn is a challenging course and players are required to be in possession of a current handicap.

Absolutely stunning course. My first time playing at KLGC as my friend has become a member about 4 months ago. Gorgeous layout, challenging holes and the club from top to bottom is kept in prestige condition. Cant wait to go back.

Superb course in great condition. Friendly and welcoming. The chef finishes at 4 though but bar snacks are superb from their local butcher. Tight but fair course. Highly enjoyable.
