Services
Egham Bowls club was officially founded in 1922, but in fact was called Egham and District Bowling Club; it is unclear as to when the name change took place. The Club was originally founded by a small group of Egham Business and Professional men.
The original land, which was used for grazing, was leased from the owners (Baron and Baroness de Worms), who were also the first Presidents of the Club and their photograph can be seen at the CIub, along with others who have held this office since.

The Egham Indoor Bowls Club was founded in 1985 by a few forward-thinking members who bowled outdoors at Egham during the summer months. From these early beginnings the Club has developed into one of the foremost Clubs in the country. We have experienced success at National level in both Interclub competitions and individual competitions.
A National 4 Rink Competition played on set dates (Saturdays mornings) 2 Rinks at home and 2 Rinks on the opponents green. We have two teams entered in this national competition A and B 1 Rink plays at home and 1 on the opponents green. Clubs agree on dates of play. Note: if you need to book a competition which clashes with a league booking, please use the 'Booking Request' option instead of 'Competition'. Note: converting to 'fixed' will automatically remove other provisionals associated with this booking. If you wish to make this a fixed booking your request will be passed to the league administrator for approval as it clashes with a league match.
