I started training with Sensei Mark when I was 12. I'm now 43 and returned to training 18 months ago after a 20 year break. Although he's always been a great instructor, I've noticed how much his understanding & teaching has developed over time.

I started at IW Karate in January 2015. I had always wanted to learn karate and finally I had the chance! I immediately felt welcomed by everyone and I love going to training! The teaching standard is very high and I can't wait for my daughter to be old enough to join too! Highly recommended!

My son joined IW Karate age 10. Sensei Mark was brilliant and my son grew in confidence which reached to all areas of his life. My daughter will be starting as soon as she is old enough. Every child should do Karate - it's such a beneficial extra-curricular activity.
