We pride ourselves on our outstanding outdoor area with an orchard, climbing frame, outdoor classroom and large garden and encourage outdoor play every day in all weathers. Every room has a door to the garden allowing us to offer free flow play so children can play either indoors or outdoors according to their choice.
We encourage learning through play with an emphasis on the benefits of outdoor play, and all of our settings have a safe outdoor play area for children to explore all year round. We provide healthy, homemade meals prepared by our cook with fresh ingredients, sometimes from our garden! We offer children a well-balanced, nutritious menu to enjoy at nursery.

Services
We are a welcoming 45 place Pre-School for 2-5 year olds situated in Castle, Northwich. Children learn and play within a purpose designed building with a Toddler and Pre-School rooms, located directly next to Charles Darwin Community Primary School allowing for excellent relationships with the school and in preparing children for school.
We are a friendly 32 place Out of School Club offering breakfast and after school club care for children aged 4-11 years who attend Davenham Primary School. Children are cared for on a 1:8 ratio. The Out of School Club is run inside the Royal British Legion building, conveniently located next door to Davenham C of E Primary School.
We are rural, friendly 24 place Pre-School and Out of School Club for 2-11 year olds. We are situated in a classroom within Smallwood Academy which allows for a seamless transition to school and Out of School care in a familiar environment for the school's pupils. We have access to the school's large outdoor area and encourage outdoor play in all weathers.

My grandson has loved going to this nursery from day one. He settled really well and loved the staff. The parent zone app is fantastic and gives you an insight into what your child has been doing each day, along with that being able to see photos and observations of the progress your child is making. The menu that is provided is also varied and my… grandson certainly ate well. He also loved playing in the outside area especially the slide. All in all I would highly recommend this nursery from our own experience working with them. Well done to all the staff who were always very welcoming
