Wind In The Willows Child Care
We are committed to delivering high quality childcare, we provide children with an enlightening and vibrant haven - come rain or shine! As a fully inclusive private childcare provider, regulated by Ofsted, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and continually invest in our staff to ensure your child receives the very best.
Services
At Wind in the Willows Childcare we cater for all dietary requirements and/ or food allergies your child may have. Meal times are an important part of a child's day in nursery so it is important that children sit down together and experience eating together as a social activity. We encourage all our children to participate in 'self serve' during all meal/snack times.
At Wind in the Willows Childcare our priority is to keep all our children in a happy, safe and secure environment. Your child's safety is of the upmost importance to us; all of our staff take part in mandatory in-house safeguarding training. Each nursery setting having a named Safeguarding Officer further supports this.
A great opportunity has arisen to join our amazing team at our Woolston setting, be a part of our journey as we develop curious learners, who play and explore the world around them. Nursery graduations create lovely memories for parents and grandparents and they are a great way of marking children's transition from nursery school to primary school.
Wind in the Willows Childcare can also offers 15 hours early education for two year, three year, four year olds through government funding which parents can access as flexible as possible. These sessions support children to develop their language, build relationships with their peers and provide the foundations of learning in preparation for school and life.
We are always looking to recruit new people to our business. Jobs may include qualified nursery practitioners, room leaders and apprenticeships may also be available. Alternatively, feel free to give us a call or pop into your local Wind In The Willows nursery with your CV. This has been recognised by more than just our staff, we have been awarded Investors In People Gold.

Lovely friendly, welcoming staff. All staff ensure they know the children very well even if they aren't in their room. Staffing changes happen within this line of work but it's always handled correctly ensuring children are happy and confident with everyone. Every member of staff made my daughter feel very welcome when we went back for a visit 18mth after leaving for school. These were staff we didn't know so they had no bond with her yet STILL made the effort.
I wouldn't send a child anywhere else.
