VIP have given a VIP service . Booking the parcel was excellent personal service not an app! And the driver came to collect was polite and on time .The receivers of the parcels were all very pleased to receive their parcel on time . A very smooth service with no stress !!

Worst service. From 50 kilos, I have just received 20 kilos. There is no coordination with offices of other countries. All they tell you that they haven't received your parcel but they don't put efforts to check further.
