A Lasting Power of Attorney is an important legal document that enables you to appoint a person (attorney) to act on your behalf and make decisions for you, should you be unable to make those decisions for yourself. You really should consider making your Lasting Power of Attorney as soon as possible.
To evict a tenant a written notice must be given to the tenant(s). The notice must be correct in law and properly served to comply with the tenant eviction process. Numerous evictions fail due to a defective notice. We will prepare and serve a section 8 notice (rent arrears only), a section 21 notice or both to begin the eviction process.
This letter and notice is used by the landlord if a previous tenant has left goods at the premises. The notice gives the tenant 28 days to collect the goods before the landlord may legally dispose of them by selling them or disposing of them altogether. Often referred to as a Section 13 Notice, this notice is used to inform the tenant that the landlord is proposing to increase the rent for the rental property.
A number of hadith, such as that quoted above, confirm the importance of the Islamic Will. Observance of the Islamic laws of inheritance carries the potential of great blessing and mercy from our Creator, as mentioned in Surah An-Nisa. If you do not have a Will then your wealth will be distributed according to English law and a court would select an administrator for the estate and a guardian for your children.
