ZERO stars. Given the current crisis and cancellation to my parents-in-law flights to the US, the staff have been completely useless to assist in a refund to their United Airlines flights (even though United has confirmed they should receive refunds!). Furthermore, the staff were rude: she HUNG UP the phone when we called to try and sort out the cancellation and refund. Absurd. Why make times like this even more difficult for their customers?
