Just got back from Greece after booking with HBD we had a few issues with the hotel at first, I emailed HBD straight away and within an hour a Jet2 rep had called us and sorted everything out. cannot fault HBD for the quick reply and getting it sorted for us, we had an amazing holiday and looking forward to our next two holidays booked with HBD for next year. So disappointed to have my holiday cancelled to Mexico but that can’t be helped. What I can thoroughly recommend though is this team to book your holiday. They have kept in contact updating us on what was happening. Phoned me on the day our holiday was cancelled and as soon as our refund was back. Today I should have travelled home from Mexico and… have received my refund when it was only cancelled 4 weeks ago. I have heard of horror stories if people waiting for refunds for months and months. Booked a trip to Amsterdam to see a concert with Holidays By Design for last May which we obviously never went to. They refunded my accommodation without any fuss. However P&O Ferry’s were not so accommodating and only offered a credit note to be used by the end of this year. I received a phone call this afternoon from Holidays By Design to say… that they would personally refund the ferry cost as P&O would not. As an owner of a small business I am continually ripped off by big companies, the likes of FedEx & DPD. This kind of service is duly noted. I always make sure my

In the past I have always booked my own travel arrangements, however in the summer of 2019 I decided to visit HBD to see if they could find me a family holiday. They booked me an amazing cruise at a bargain price and since then I have used them for all my trips. They advertise such great holidays to suit a wide variety of needs at great prices, from weekend breaks, to cheap weeks in the sun, to luxury holidays. Staff are professional and efficient. It’s great knowing that in the current pandemic, my travel plans are in good hands with assistance whenever needed.

Sam was brilliant, went through areas of gran canaria which is where I have been before, but nothing came up that was telling me this is the one, so Sam suggested greece, I agreed so started to look, we found one which was ok but not with the wow factor, I went home to look and found my wow factor, I went back to holidays by design, at which Sam looked after me again, patiently changed the holiday looked at reviews, finally I found my wow factor, great bunch of girl's Sam indeed was lovely all the time she took with me just so I would be happy with my booking, THANK YOU SO MUCH, would definitely
