Bought a Yamaha Tenere from Motoworks earlier this year. Wasn't able to view the bike but Ed set-up a video call and gave me a tour of the bike one Saturday morning. He gave helpful answers to my questions re. the bike's specification and previous ownership. Ed delivered the bike to me in London about a week later (together with a big box of bits that the previous owner had replaced/upgraded). Was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Motoworks about a fortnight afterwards to see how I was getting on with the Tenere. Very good customer care from beginning to end and I'd certainly buy from

Ed and the rest of Motoworks team do a fantastic job on my Honda Varadero XL. Their professionalism and low key sales approach are spot on. They always advice what is the best option for my motorbike and their record keeping makes life very easy if you want to track down previous maintenance intervals. Friendly & competent service with friendly staff, highly recommended no matter what make is your bike.

Took my Kawasaki Z1000SX to be repaired. It was suffering from a very poorly engine! They rang and told me a spark-plug had snapped off in the engine and they would probably need to remove the engine head to extract it. Along with all the labour, obviously this would need a new head gasket kit. It was going to be expensive but I had no choice. I Never felt like I was being ripped off though. This was a genuine assessment of the problem.
When they started the work, they actually managed to extract the spark-plug without removing the head. This dramatically cut down on the labour and they ended
