As a Notary I am asked to perform a wide variety of services mostly in connection with peoples' affairs outside the United Kingdom, although I believe there is an increasing role for notaries within our own country and this could give rise to new areas of business.

Like many businesses and professions nowadays, there is a gradual move towards adopting electronic methods of working where it is possible to do so and may provide an enhanced service for customers and clients. Wherever acceptable in the receiving jurisdiction, a Notary may use his digital certificate to provide electronically signed and sealed documents which are ready for electronic dispatch or storage anywhere in the world.
I am a duly qualified Notary and have been practising for over 30 years. My office is in Brentwood, Essex, but I frequently provide services to private individuals and commercial organisations throughout the county. Although most people come to see me, I can where necessary, visit you in your home or office.
Before seeing me, it is advisable that we discuss your requirements first and what it is you wish to achieve. Sometimes it is necessary for me to suggest a particular course of action in order that the process is successful and will be accepted by the receiving party abroad.
