The customer care has gone downhill in recent months. The staff used to be helpful, polite and well organised. Now, some of the staff are rude to customers and the service is patchy. Such as shame because the drinks and food are still good as far as I know. They urgently need new management to show them how to behave before they lose customers.

Very tasty and fresh tasting food with terrific service and really friendly staff, you can tell the team work together well making for a really nice atmosphere. The falafels are a must try here, they have a lovely home cooked and fresh taste and texture to them. A good size and varied menu selection with good prices and portion sizes. Will definitely come here again for their burgers as they looked pretty damn good when being brought to another table!

Food is middling in quality, and prices are good - the main downside is that whilst most of the staff are nice and very attentive in service there are a couple rather inhospitable members and an overall rushed atmosphere for patrons.
I was asked to leave to free up a table after having not even finished my drink after my meal (sat alone, so I wasn't there long, about 5-10 minutes) - time before this I was weirdly berated for not announcing I was paying with Amex (which I knew they took based on the sign) which the owner, who was on a mobile call at the time, told me it's my fault and she had another

Great reopening after the latest lockdown, the restaurant is always packed so book if you want to ensure your spot. One meal with burger, fries and soft drink was 11£ and the quality and presentation really felt like an upscale restaurant, so it's totally worth the price. Service was great, the waiters were kind and quick.
