I first approached Davis Associates in November 2016. I had just completed a postgraduate degree and I was beginning the online application processes for a number of graduate jobs. Much of it was new to me. I turned to Davis Associates for some guidance on how to stand out in an application process in which many candidates would have similar qualifications. Nick was really helpful throughout, explaining what the assessors would likely look for and preparing me for a video interview. Above all, Nick gave me the confidence to really promote my strengths, something which continues to prove useful

The session we had was very insightful and it made every corporate aspect of the company much clearer. It also made us aware of the many things we can do to reach a common objective as part of a bigger team in the company. Have used Davis Associates a number of times whenever when looking to assess candidates, and also when I have been looking to move roles. Very productive sessions and have come out feeling much better prepared for the interviews and to make decisions than when I went in. They are particularly up to date with their research which was very helpful.
