Our core team is made up of funeral directors, funeral operatives, family support staff, chauffeurs and bearers, all of whom are trained to high industry standards set by the National Association of Funeral Directors.

We support many different charitable organisations and community groups, working closely with two main charity partners who are doing wonderful work for families across Cardiff. City Hospice is a registered charity providing specialist medical, nursing and end of life care to patients in their own homes.

Just like to say a big thank you for Angela and her team for looking after us after the passing of our dad and making things so stress free while organising the funeral.
From start to finish the service was excellent and this was the second funeral Coles have organised for us.

The service provided for our great aunts funeral was exceptional, from the initial meeting to the end of the service they were nothing but professional and understanding. The attention to detail was second to none. In the build up to the service they were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We had many comments on how smooth and beautiful the service was, we can't thank Steven, Andrea and the whole Coles team enough for giving our great aunt the send off she deserved.

I have never experienced a company as professional as Coles Funeral Directors. From the very first painful phone call I had to make, up until the day of my husbands funeral, and even now still almost a week on.
They did everything I asked of them to make my husbands send off as incredible as he was.
The care, compassion, attention to detail everything was impeccable.

As a family we couldn’t have asked for a more caring and professional team to take care of our beloved fathers funeral.

I used Coles Funeral Directors for the funeral of my mother. A traumatic experience made easier by everyone at Coles. They are a small, independent company and take the time to make you feel reassured and supported. I had many a tearful conversation with them and never felt like I was being a bother, they were always patient and understanding.
Everything they arranged was perfect and beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Coles at all. Thank you to everyone who helped me get through the upsetting process.
