We have been using this firm for various property transactions for the past couple of years and we would highly recommend to anyone. Quick and clear communication at all times is maintained throughout the transaction. I had an amazing experience with these Solicitors, there service was the best I have had, they kept me updated with every step and ensured that my needs were a priority.
I completed a house purchase and Markand & Co managed to complete the whole purchase from offer accepted to completion within a couple of months and managed to squeeze it in before the stamp duty rise.
