Satnav users should use the postcode NW3 6LU - this will put you right outside the centre. Take the first turning on the left (along the side of the Centre) and you'll see the car park entrance. The centre's nearest tube station is Finchley Road. Finchley Road is on the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines; as you leave the station, turn left, and you'll find us just past the small shops.
Open from early until late, our restaurants and cafes serve freshly prepared food and delicious drinks all day, every day. Whether you're after a croissant and a latte for breakfast, authentic Italian tortellini for lunch, or a cheeky Nando's after work; you'll find it at the O2 Centre on Finchley Road.
The O2 Centre has free Wifi throughout the centre. Just join the 'O2 Centre Guest' network and you will be connected automatically every time you visit. The public toilets, including an accessible toilet, are located on Level 2. Public toilets are also located within Sainsbury's which is located on Level 0 and also includes an accessible toilet.
At the O2 Centre we understand that all of our customers have unique needs, and that for some, help in pre-planning a visit can reduce anxiety and ensure you make the most of your day. We are a busy shopping centre, but we do have quieter times, and help is on hand should you or family members need further support.
Amazon Lockers Sorrel is located by the entrance from the Car Park. Amazon Locker Grin is located on the ground floor concourse, opposite the Waterstones children's section. Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks where you can receive or return your Amazon.co.uk parcels. You can select a locker location and collect or drop off your parcel at a time that's convenient for you.

Did not specifically wander around as popped into Argos to collect an item ordered online. Sainsbury's was quite busy though. Noticed quite a few shops are shut due to COVID or permanently closed. Apart from that brisk businesses as plenty of shoppers in Center. Car park was almost full. Only one entrance barrier was working though causing delays.

The escalators to the second floor have been broken for months. One of the major anchor stores in the place is closed. A third place inside, a cinema has a mouse problem so severe, I felt moved to write to environmental health, The local council have applied for planning permission to knock this down, and given how unloved it is starting to feel, I wouldn’t be surprised if they got the permission they seek.

Really enjoyed the day, morning into the afternoon. Unfortunately, some of the well known shops have closed down; making things look a little sparse. Somewhere to go that is sheltered and warm and light environment. We went to watch a film and the staff at the Vue were very polite and professional. Toilets were tidy and organised in terms of distancing and cleanliness. Good day.

I lived in London many years ago and this was almost like a local haunt for me. It's got more shops and restaurants now and it's wonderful to get away from the bustling Finchley Rd I personally love the Nando's there I had to stay across from there a few weeks ago and it was lovely going to the Tiger shop which is absolutely gorgeous also the Oliver Bonas shop is delightful

I rather miss the "old" O2 Centre. There were fishtanks and waterfalls and now there's a coffee shop and a frozen yoghurt place. I wouldn't exactly call it an improvement. But there has been some improvement made to the stores inside - the old Chinese place is long gone and replaced by some much better stores.
Waterstones and Habitat both remain, and both are good examples of their stores. At the back of the centre there is a Sainsburys which is quite a good sized one. But while the O2 used to be unique and exciting (although the rockery things up and down the escalators were

The O2 is an odd beast, one of those centres you'd normally find in the suburbs but this one is right on Finchley Road.
They have a good variety of restaurants, a cinema, Sainsburys, and a few shops. It's clean and well kept, but not exciting.
Back when it first opened in 2000, it was really neat, with cool fountains and fish tanks and lots of seating. Now, it's pretty soulless.
Not worth a special trip but useful when you're in the area.

We were staying a block away on Finchley Rd. and were thrilled to find the O2 Centre just steps away. It is a cozy little mall with many restaurants, theatres and a grocery store.
Every day we were in London we found ane reason or another to visit, we would have a bite at one of the many restaurants (or food bars), grab a few items for breakfast the next day from the grocery store, buy a book or stop by Habitat. Yes, we brought quite a few items back from that store.
All in all, this was a great go-to place for us and can't wait to go back.

It is a strange place, with restaurants opening onto the main thouroughfare, it's like eating oustide, inside? Particulary Nando's. If you are going out to eat go to a dedicated restaurant with four walls. Upstairs is not as bad, or chilly. There is a selection of restaurants, a pricey health club, a cheap wetherspoons, the obligatory Starbucks and a big Sainsburys. Across the car park there is also a Homebase.

The O2 Centre is a great place to be. It is more of a entertainment hub rather than a shopping centre. It has many restaurants and bars including: Yo Sushi!, Weatherspoons, Nandos, Walkabout, Fine Burger Company, Zuccato and Starbucks. There is also a multi screen Vue cinema and health centre. There are a few shops including a Waterstones, Habitat and Sainsbury's.
The original O2 was based around the theme of water and as such had many fish tanks and one big one beneath the escalators which had many fish and a turtle. However, the O2 centre is currently undergoing a face lift and as such

The refurb couldnt have made it any uglier but it has to be said this is still a dire use of everyone's time and a very good space in NW London. THe sainsbury's is great but all the restaurants lack any buzz and there seeams to be a contagious depression amongst everyone who works in them. Why not just stick to the high st?

Fantastic place in the North Western part of London. This place has what you'd look for in a night out, Cinema, a great Weatherspoons, few bars, varied range of places to eat from tasty chicken at Nando's, to traditional food at Spoons, or an Indian, or perhaps some Chinese food or a burger at the burger place.
Great fishtanks around and they will keep you entertained. Couple of shops around, book shop and also Sainsbury's if you want to pay a visit.
The cinema is great, good for taking the opposite gender there with the liftable arm rests.

The O2 centre is a mini version of the one in North Greenwich and houses The Vue cinema, which because of Orange Wednesdays is very busy on that day, but has a great atmosphere with so many people under one roof. There is also a Nando's and a Weatherspoons with their Curry and Steak nights throughout the week.
The layout gives the place a lot of room to move and the escalator goes straight up over a huge fish tank, which is always full of our finned friends. A great place just to chill out.
