Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring the ownership of real property from one party to another. This is the process that you will need to go through to buy and sell your residential property. Your conveyancer is the person that helps you through this process while carrying out the terms of your contract of sale.
We can complete your clients transactions faster and with fewer aborted cases. An example of this is we can work for both sides of a transaction reducing OSS wait times. You will have the direct dial and email for both your BDM and those working on your client's case. You will be able to refer your clients directly through the portal for ease of tracking and will have a dashboard which provides a snapshot of your current referrals.

We recently purchased a property and Muve acted on out behalf. Although there were some communication problems sometimes, the overall service was excellent. I've already recommended them to a co-worker who is about to buy a house for the first time. Good value too.

Right from the start Muve handled my property purchase perfectly. My Account Manager Ashvin was extremely helpful in my long purchase process due to delays in the chain. All staff are friendly easy to talk to and calls are returned asap. The customer portal is very useful and always keeps you informed of something you might miss or need to supply when you return home.
I could not recommend Muve enough, they are modern forward thinking business you wish you had on your side.

Disclosure: I'm writing this review because I'm prompted by a £10 Amazon voucher offer. My solicitors were great; friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. I didn't use their portal much after from the very early stages of the process to upload documents, but it was very helpful when I did use it.

Muve at first where really response and they have a great portal (which initially seems great but it was never actually updated) they didn’t send the completion statement, told us we were missing paper work but didn’t know what it was and after repeatedly calling and email where extremely difficult to get hold of. They charged us for something that we shouldn’t have been charged for. The whole process ended in a shambles and it made the excitement of buying our first property extremely stressful and aggravating. I would not recommend!

Georgia my account manager and Fathima my solicitor at Muve have been outstanding from start to finish. Very responsive and can't do enough to try and move things along. Keeping me informed of progress every step of the way. The use of the Muve client portal is also a massive bonus/convenience compared with other conveyancers. Based on my experience I only have positive things to say! If you are looking to buy or sell I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muve.

Purchased a property with Muve as a first-time buyer. Great experience throughout - staff were responsive, fees were very reasonable and clearly stated up front, and the whole process proceeded smoothly in a reasonable time frame. Very easy to get hold of the staff assigned to your case by email or phone. The online portal is also very useful for uploading documents and keeping track of the progress of your case. As first time buyers we did feel that there could have been a little more clarity at times about what would happen at each stage of the process, clearing up some of the jargon etc, but

I used Muve on my sale of house after being recommended them by a friend. They were very responsive, very helpful and very professional. Having got a few quotes and now used their services I believe they are extremely good value for money.
I liked the Online portal and used it regularly to keep up to date with the progress tool. I would recommend Muve and we will most likely be using them in the future when needed.

My wife and I recently used Muve to sell 2 properties. In short they were excellent. They provided good consistent communication and were always professional and helpful. They use a team with a customer manager along side a solicitor. This worked really well for us especially when there were general non legal queries. The online portal is intuitive and easy to use, but even when we had some upload issues the team were quick to offer solutions. I would not hesitate to use Muve again and to recommend them to friends.

I used Muve to make a property purchase. They were exceptionally responsive and the process was largely seamless. I paid the extra fee to get the rapid service. There was one stumbling block on a piece of paperwork regarding access rights, which was outside of the normal course of a transaction. This caused some delay whilst the lawyers from both sides got up to speed. However, we still went from offer acceptance to completion in 5 weeks. There are a few extra fees to be aware of (for instance £100 charge if you need to transfer money in multiple transactions). But to be fair these are stated
