Very nice people and very kind and helpful and polite. Would 100% recommend going here a lot. Such a great little shop to go to. I would put it as a 10 star but there is only 5 star. I really think more people should recommend going to Phone Unlocker more often.

My husband had his iPhone screen repaired 2 months ago now the full screen has fallen out of his phone, he took it back today to be told it would be £25 to replace the screen that this shop had only replaced 2 months ago. I would not recommend this shop to anyone bad Customer service and experience

Had my phone fixed within 20 mins very very cheap aswell, have used this place for few repairs. Great wee guy . Only drawback shop closes bit early open till 8 atleast . ;-)

Stay well clear of this company. I presented my Ipad to them for a charging port repair. This was carried out but the next day after receiving my device back black lines appeared down the Ipad screen which multiplied into thick back lines. Returned the device to the shop and they sent it away for investigation and advised me the Ipad is water damaged and has a chip inside the screen and that there are taking no responsibility whatsoever . Several other customers have advise me similar issues have arisen with this company they report to customers that all their devices are water damaged after they

I got a I phone 7 and the same day I dropped i was shell shocked I was very upset but went to gm repairs and was greeted straight away. The nice man who served me fixed my screen within half an hour and had very reasonable prices very impressed with the service I received. Highly recommended 10/10
