Despite having a few issues with the property, the agents at purple lettings have all been very helpful. Amy has come round or emailed multiple times, checked in on us to make sure all has gone smoothly and ensured we're happy. Everything has been delt with very quickly bar one issue that was out of their hands. Compared to previous letting agents, I feel that they are the most professional and I have a much better communication with the team.

Absolutely amazing letting agency to say the least! Moved into one of their property’s in November had some small troubles at the start but Amy who was dealing with us sorted everything out and was so lovely and helpful , would definitely recommend this agency to anyone the property was also spotless ready for us to move in . Don't even bother if you're not a student or looking for somewhere that you can live on your own; useless try onthemarket.com they managed to find me somewhere in 2 weeks and with purple lettings I've been trying for 4 months. Disgusting waste of time

I have been letting my property through them for 3 years + the service is fantastic and they take the initiative to ensure that issues are dealt with. This has been extremely important as I have been traveling for many months and difficult to contact over this period. Very friendly staff and great record keeping to enable swift reconciliation for tax returns etc.

If you had to judge a business on first impressions Purple Letting would be top of the game, what makes them different to the competition is their service.
With a young and enthusiastic team you can expect issues to be resolved both fast and efficiently.
My biggest regret was using another agent first.

Sergio Dimitri Charlie Jake and the team at Purple are professional pragmatic offer great advise on Student property in what is a very tough market and are the best choice in Plymouth.
I Have used some of the other student letting agents in the past but Purple do the most for the money offer the best advise and are head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. I have a few student properties they let they also now do residential letting and have let my partners property after advising her with the refurb it was let very quickly afterwards

I went to Sergio and the team at Purple Letting about 5 years ago, my property was in a bit of distress and as a landlord residing overseas I needed a bit of support.
Sergio was pro-active in dealing with the issues, he found new tenants and upgraded the property as he went.
I don't have to chase him, I'm completely hands off.

They manage absolutely… everything you want them (and more besides!), and contact you exactly as much as you’d like them to! They keep you in touch, and let you make the decisions you want to, but then put everything in place! I really can’t fault the way that they’ve looked after us, our properties and our tenants – who have also been brilliant! I really can’t recommend Plymouth Lettings
