Poor water softener never worked even poorer customer support dont go near them or you will regret it Had a water softener fitted in October and its never worked correctly despite several calls and resetting the unit to Calmags specs change injector all failed just like the CS asked for a test kit to check they would'nt even supply one (test kit is only £3.88) Asked for an engineer to come out and fix it several calls and a week later I was told the engineer would not be availible for at least 4 weeks. Unit is now going to be removed by my plumbing company and another make fitted Dissapointed
