If I could give 0 stars I would. Hired a van with a tow bar from Sunderland. The manager said the tyre may have a very slow puncture but he had checked the tyre and said it was fine. Hours later after a long motorway journey towing a caravan the tyre was flat. We pumped it up but by the next morning it was flat again. So off to ATS. They changed it for the spare tyre. 1 hour alter the spare was as flat as a pancake. On inspection from a local garage they said the spare was not fit for the road. It had 2 punctures and a nail in it. They put some “ goo “ in it so we could carry on our journey

Highly recommend! I would definitely hire from again, really good prices, nice vans and great customer service. Denise made the process really easy and was super helpful, my deposit was back on my card stright away after handing the van back.
Seems like a really good team at the Sunderland branch and also safe secure parking for your car.
